Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy SURESH (born on 17 October 1992) is an acclaimed Indian actress. Keerthy appears in Tamil film and Telugu films, and also in a few of Malayalam. She received the National Film Award for Best Actress in the role of actress Savitri for the Telugu film Mahanati (2018). Three SIIMA Awards were also given to her. She also received a Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar's parents are film producer G. Suresh Kumar & actor Menaka G. Suresh. Her career began in early 2000s when she was a child actor. She returned to the film industry after completing her studies in fashion. She had her first lead role in the 2013 Malayalam film Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy began the first of her Malayalam projects as well as began working on projects in Tamil at the same time. In the year 2015, she debuted A. A. Vijay's romantic comedies Idhu Enna Maayam and Vikramprabhu against each other. But, both films didn't do very well at the theaters. The actress had to pull out of several films she had been working on in 2015, such as Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and Deekay's Kavalai Vedam to make room for larger projects. For a short period of time, she worked with Sivakarthikeyan in Rajini Murugan, Remo and she also acted as the lead in Prabhu Sool's Thodari with Dhanush. She made her Telugu debut was planned in the form of Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. The film has been delayed in 2015, and there are reports that it would be released in September 2020, with the name of Janakitho Nenu. Nenu Sailaja (2016), with Ram Pothineni as the actor was Keerthy's debut. Keerthy was cast opposite Vijay In Bairavaa by Bharathan that premiered on the 17th of January, 2017.
